Small Electric Pruning Saw

My wife sometimes surprises me. Well, a lot, really. Just like yesterday, a medium-sized box appeared at our door. Of course, it is under her name. (Therefore, it contains no plants.) She stole away with it, with a naughty smile on her face. Well, if she wants to keep a secret, it's OK for me. It's my birthday soon, you never know.

Instead, she came back with the content 15 minutes later. Inside a black suitcase is a Mini electric saw! And she bought it for herself! My health really doesn't allow me to do too much in the yard, and she knows this. I like the fact that she holds things in her own hands.

It was not until last week that she first tried an electric saw. This is a small electric product that I bought a few years ago. At that time, my health was getting worse. It was too difficult for me to use the standard model that I had used for decades. I was really surprised to see her using it. Mary never does heavy gardening. But she did. She found it a little too heavy. She was tired after a few minutes.

It is also wireless (battery powered) and can run for 20-30 minutes. You can double it because of the backup battery. But Mary doesn't want to cut firewood for a long time. If there is major damage or a tree falls, she knows enough to let one of our children come. Or arborist. This is mainly a tool for quickly and easily pruning branches that are too thick to use pruning shears.

Even so, the mini chain saw can still cut branches up to 4 inches (10 cm) thick.

In addition to the saw and suitcase, the kit includes an additional battery, a charger, a spare chain, fastening tools, oil, and even a pair of work gloves for small hands. An instruction manual is attached. It is already assembled. Basically, you only need to charge the battery and may adjust the chain before use.

In other words, it seems to be developed for the elderly or possibly for women. Mary is not weak now, but she was 70 years old a few weeks ago.

The brand is SeeSii, a company from Guangdong, China. It seems that there are other companies that offer the same mini chainsaw (or something very similar) in other colors.

How much is the charge? Check online yourself. I see prices on the map, ranging from less than $70 to more than $200. You choose!

Now, I do not recommend this product, nor do I recommend it. It's too new. And I haven't tried it myself. Ask Mary what she thinks about a year or so. There are many trees and shrubs on our property. Therefore, when the branches fall or block your way, there is a quick tool to catch them, but the branches are too thick to cut with pruning shears Well, that would be convenient.

I would like to say that this cordless mini saw is very cute, convenient, easy to use, and very cheap. It is very suitable for the elderly, women, people with mobility difficulties and other people who cannot be cut by standard electric saws. But only if you deal with branches, shrubs, etc. You won't cut down trees with this little guy!
